What I tell hoteliers, written down
How Booking.com actually reads your gallery. What sits behind a photography quote, and how to compare two of them fairly. What the published research says about images and bookings. Short, practical guides, with sources shown and no jargon — so your photographs work as hard as your team does.

How these guides are written
Everything here comes from assignments in real hotels, guest houses and rentals, in France, Switzerland and across Europe. Where a figure appears, its source appears with it — Expedia, Booking.com, Airbnb or published industry research — and where no reliable figure exists, none is invented. You will not find a rate card either: a photography budget depends on the property, and pretending otherwise helps nobody choose well.
They are written for the people who actually decide: owners, general managers, revenue and e-commerce managers, and the property managers running a portfolio of listings. If a guide leaves a question open, the answer is one message away.
